Berry Lollies
- 80g raspberries
- 80g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 300ml Koko coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- Simply place everything in a blender, or use a hand-held blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into freezer lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours or over until set frozen. Or just pour straight into a glass for a smoothie/milkshake.
Why not make double and have half for smoothies and freeze the rest for ice lollies?
